Holiday Decadence Continued

s'moreLast week the sales team headed to the cupping room to sample Monin’s new seasonal syrups and traditional holiday favorites.   We were also challenged to create a drink of our own.   I wanted to come up with something that reminded me of fall and the cozy fires we would gather around when I was a kid…or maybe the s’mores we would eat around our summer campfires.   The snowy winters of Mt. Shasta created plenty of opportunities to use the fireplace and the surrounding mountainside was reason enough to go camping!   My latte is reminiscent of those burned and delicious marshmallows…

Emily’s Fireside Latte – 12oz.

3/4 oz Monin Toasted Marshmallow syrup

2 shots of espresso

Steamed milk

Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup and graham cracker crumbs
