Flying Elephants at PDX!

Our good friends, Elephants Deli, are moving on up.   Today is the grand opening of Flying Elephants at PDX!   Now you can get the delicious gourmet snacks, sandwiches, salads, cookies (and of course, Portland Roasting coffee) at a place you wouldn’t expect such delectable items: Portland International Airport.   I usually dread having to rely on the food and drink options at the airport.   I always have to settle for mediocre coffee and a disappointing snack, both on and off the plane.   Not anymore!   Next time you are flying make sure to check out their beautiful store.   Even if you aren’t traveling, they are located before security so you can go check them out anytime!   Take the Max there and back and save money on parking.
