We asked Raffyn Reynolds, resident fixit-guy and espresso machine demystifier (ahem, Service Manager & Equipment Technician), to give a list of some things currently under repair:

1. Espresso grinder
2. (2) Superautomatic Swiss-made espresso machines
3. Hot water tower
4. A few coffee grinders & retail grocery grinders
5. A plethora of various types of coffee brewers
6. A couple of iced tea makers

—Right. There.

Luckily, all of the equipment is in capable hands.
