Andres Castro — Our Colombian correspondent with the fancy accent, Andres is in charge of quality control systems and green bean logistics.
Emily Bryant – Emily, our latest addition to the sales staff, will share recipes, if nudged. She is a graduate of the Western Culinary Institute patisserie and bakery program.
Justin Goergen — When not managing key wholesale accounts, Justin heads up our e-team, helping each of us reduce our waste. He also has a lovely collection of cardigan sweaters.
Mark Stell — Managing Partner Mark Stell oversees our staff of 28 and spearheads our Farm Friendly Direct Projects, traveling to source many times a year. He always returns from his trips with a mighty beard and loads of video footage.
Ryan Johnson – Our roaster extraordinaire, Ryan rides his bike everywhere and can often be found donning a vintage hat.
Stephanie Backus – Our resident Q-Certified coffee grader also doubles as our purchasing manager, bringing in delicious coffees for us to try. She has a secret love of things in miniature.
