I've been on this health kick lately and I've decided to drop sugar. I've dropped artificial sweeteners long ago. I have an Uncle who has always told me that if you drink coffee without sugar you get used to it and it actually has a sweet taste. I've always been concerned over the acidity thing, but I've found that sugar actually contributes to greater acidity within your body. Same thing with dairy products. I think it's time to start listening to the old folks.

Thank you for the very informative post. I have been drinking, but not always enjoying, coffee for years. I never realized how much there was to coffee drinking and really enjoying what you consume. I'll visit again soon.

Regards,
Larry

Cool idea, great work! Just wondering, how much did the well cost? I'm thinking about raising funds for a well at the dispensary in my home village in western Kenya.
Thanks!

Water as a vital resource is always a topic to which attention should be paid taking into account global warming and climate atypical phenomenon that makes the action go low.

Because the main harvest usually occurs during the rainy season should be thought of as an alternative to take this natural resource to be more friendly to the environment by not taking it from natural sources

Chemical analysis would be necessary to ensure that does not affect the quality of coffee.
